Ivanchenko states the next-generation platform targets the needs of workers performing compliance tasks, offering simplicity, security, and greater accountability. He highlights that the new platform’s self-service, self-configuring capabilities allow it to serve a wide range of clients from small businesses to large enterprises, driving strong demand in the compliance technology sector.

Ivanchenko addresses marketplace concerns regarding artificial intelligence, suggesting that market reactions have been exaggerated. According to Ivanchenko, AI offers benefits rather than threats for complex SaaS platforms such as Kinatico’s, due to the need for proprietary knowledge and data integration. He argues that AI enables software providers to introduce features more efficiently, but ongoing customer relationships and intricate workflows provide durable competitive advantages.

Kinatico has reported a continued trend of more than 50% CAGR in SaaS revenue growth. Ivanchenko notes a 108% increase in company’s impact and improved cash generation, supported by recent investments and expansion of the client base to include labels such as Westpac New Zealand and Service Street. The enterprise pipeline for the new product has surpassed $10 million since its October launch.
