The company has also achieved full ownership of Centuria Base Credit, positioning its real estate finance platform to capitalise on improving market conditions and a growing network of over 15,000 private investors.

McBain highlights a strong rise in property funds management revenues and profits, alongside robust returns from Centuria’s private credit business, which now holds a $2.5 billion loan book. The acquisition of the Aero Infrastructure Fund, bringing $440 million in assets under management and expanding Centuria’s high net worth investor base, is described as a welcome addition. McBain emphasises that disciplined inorganic growth targets sectors with unique opportunities and accretive benefits for security holders.

Turning to the group’s digital infrastructure ambitions, McBain points to a significant investment in data centres, securing a position in AI-enabled real estate. Centuria holds 50% of Reset Data, an Nvidia-certified Neo Cloud partner, and recently constructed a supercomputer in Melbourne using liquid-cooling technology. McBain suggests efficient, low-power data centres will provide a crucial competitive edge as demand rises.
