Adam Sierakowski from Kinetiko Energy (ASX: KKO) joins Corporate Connect analyst Paul Sanger for an update on the group's recent gas exploration results in South Africa.

Sierakowski says Kinetiko Energy has a 100% success rate in encountering gas, which strengthens confidence in its geological model and supports expansion plans. The company remains on track for production within 18–24 months. With South Africa facing an energy crisis due to declining coal power and limited gas alternatives, the company sees itself playing a crucial role in the country’s transition to a more sustainable energy mix.

Strategically located near aging coal-fired power stations, Kinetco Energy is collaborating with state-owned entities and has a joint venture with South Africa’s Industrial Development Corporation.
