Green and Gold Minerals (ASX: GG1) Investor Presentation

Company Interview29 Oct, 2025

Newly listed Green and Gold Minerals (ASX:GG1) aims to accelerate development at its Chillagoe Gold Project, according to MD Quentin Hill. Hill states that the timing of the company's ASX debut is ideal, coinciding with record gold prices exceeding US$4,000 and A$6,000 per ounce, which led shares to jump nearly 50% on listing day. But the company's plans were in train long before the parabolic rise of the gold price, with Hill highlighting the culmination of eight years of tenement acquisition, with a dual strategy focused on near-term development of the Mount Wando deposit and broader exploration within the 3-million-ounce Chillagoe cluster.

Hill outlines a unique advantage at Mount Wando: granted mining leases expedite development and infrastructure access, reducing costs and timelines. The project boasts an inferred resource of 32,000 ounces of gold, with significant expansion potential both along strike and at depth. The proximity to the idle Mangana mill—only 12km from site—presents a toll treatment opportunity, with ore sorting tests indicating an eightfold upgrade, directly benefiting processing and transportation costs. Drilling is currently underway, with Hill expecting significant news flow as assays are released over coming months, and sights set on reaching a 100,000-ounce resource in the short-term.

Hill also points to upside for Green and Gold Minerals from critical minerals, with rare earths and fluorite discoveries at the Nut Grove and Chillagoe projects, although gold remains the core focus. With $5 million in cash from the IPO and an experienced management team, Hill believes Green and Gold Minerals is well-positioned for shareholder returns as the program advances.
