PhytoBiome Ambassadors Guy Leech and Adam Ashley-Cooper joined Health Food Symmetry's CEO Gordon Edwards, who states its flagship supplement, PhytoBiome, sets itself apart by using whole plant ingredients rather than just extracts. Edwards positions the product as unique because it replicates vegetables like carrot and cabbage in a form the body easily recognises and digests, working throughout the entire colon – not just the front part, where most supplements act. According to Edwards, this is particularly significant for fighting inflammation and reducing cancer risks, as these problems typically impact the back part of the colon. Clinical trials, he states, have demonstrated Phyto Biome produces fermentation and short-chain fatty acids critical to gut health.
Edwards highlights Health Food Symmetry’s current capital raise of $2 million to support global marketing and preparation for a planned ASX listing in 12 to 18 months. The company has established partnerships with notable Australian manufacturers, and is now supplying major corporations such as Coles, Woolworths, and Qantas (ASX:QAN). Health Food Symmetry expects to supply 500,000 biscuits to Qantas next year, signalling commercial readiness and market acceptance.
Investor interest, Edwards maintains, is underpinned by Health Food Symmetry’s debt-free facility, IP protection strategy through patents, and extensive research. Backed by positive peer-reviewed trial results, the company seeks to disrupt traditional fibre and supplement products as it targets the US and European food markets.
