Aussie miner. Agri resources shares are tracking higher after it expanded its international presence, I should say, by securing listings on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges in Europe. So to find out why, agri Resources executive chairman Warwick Gregor joins me now. Hi, Warwick, thanks for joining us. Why list in Europe, in Germany?

0:26

Well, the Germans have always been very active in our junior mining market. Um, the the listing in Frankfurt is designed to make it a lot easier for German investors to buy and sell in on their own time zone with their own agents, rather than having to go all the way down to Australia.

0:48

Okay. And is it something that is particularly attractive to German investors when it comes to Aussie producers, explorers? Germans have always been very keen on gold. That's historical. They've they've loved to play out low priced

1:07

resource stocks. And at the moment, gold is the best place to be. And Germans don't have their own gold sector. We are the probably the best gold sector in Australia in the world to be investing in, and so the Germans want as many opportunities to back out gold stocks as possible. So you must. Warwick have been speaking with German and Swiss investors in recent months. What's their appetite for aggregate in particular?

1:39

Well it's good. You'd always takes a time to introduce the company and get them familiar with it. I've been dealing with German and Swiss investors now for over 40 years. I've got a good following there. I know a lot of good people and I've worked with them in the past. So there's that, that, uh, confidence and trust factor already there. Now all that, we have to do it again. You show them that our project is worthwhile. And so far I've been having a lot of interviews with Swiss and German investors. And the final. The final key in all of this is getting that Frankfurt listing to just make it easier for them to to deploy funds to, uh, Australian stocks. Okay. Why aggregate resources, talk about the project, talk about what you do and where as well. Importantly.

2:32

Well, Gaya is a unusual mix. It's got gold, it's got phosphate.

2:38

The gold is in Colombia. It's very high grade. There's already been a pilot plant operating which has recovered 20g per tonne. Now that means very low cash costs. The company doesn't actually have a jock resource, so we're not allowed to say what our costs will be and what we will produce. But we do have a treatment plant, we have underground workings, and we will be turning that plant on in November. And so long as so long as everything goes according to plan and the stock exchange doesn't get upset with me saying we'll be producing gold even though we don't have a gold resource. We do expect to be pouring gold in November, and from that point, we will be rapidly embarking on an exploration program that will satisfy the stock exchange as the joke resources. But we believe we're sitting on a major exploration gold play. There's a gold mine only

3:37

100km away from us, which is doing 400,000oz per annum. Ten years ago it was where we are today. You'd had a pilot plant. It had basically no drilling. And over the next five years from that point, it proved up over 5,000,000oz. Now we don't know whether we've got something that big, but we do know we've got very similar geology. So

4:03

that's pretty exciting. Whether you know the gold, if we produce it the way we say we will. Well, that'll be great because it'll be low cost. But the other side of the coin is the enormous exploration upside.

4:18

So I know that you raised capital earlier this year in April. Not a lot. I think about $1.25 million taking total. I mean, I think you got about 1.4 out of this capital raise. How how far how far will that stretch in getting your plans to fruition?

4:38

Well, since since your information in the last month, six weeks, we've raised another $5.1 million. Now, we estimate that to get our treatment plant up and running again will cost less than 2 million. So we've got plenty of money in the bank. We're fully funded. And then the next objective is to start producing enough gold that we can be cashflow positive and self-funding. But that'll happen in November according to our estimates and our budgets. Okay. Interesting. So if I'm an investor or a shareholder existing, which I know a lot of directors are in the company. What would be the key, the next key catalyst that would help propel the share price higher? I mean, yes, today you got a good day on market after securing that Frankfurt listing. But, um, you know, it's it's a tough road for, for shareholders in any of these early stage

5:38

companies.

5:40

Well when you've got previous sampling that shows 30g per tonne, that's one of the highest grade, uh, all bodies in the world. Now, the next big catalyst for us will be. That will be when we announce a gold pour. We expect that to be in November. As I said, we're not allowed to say exactly what we're doing. But the stock exchange can't stop us from reporting gold when we do port. And then when shareholders see the gold coming out of the ground in ingots, well, they'll know that we're telling

6:18

it that way. We're delivering on our promises is the best way to put it.
