Treasury Wine Estates (ASX: TWE) has cut its annual guidance -citing weak US demand. TWE is now expecting its key measure of earnings to come in around $770 million, down from its prior guidance of $780 million. The vintner says it's been driven by lower than expected shipments of premium wine in the US -- with performance affected at price points of US$15. TWE also says its key distributor in the US will cease its California operation in September -- but that is not expected to affect its FY25 results.

IDP Education (ASX: IEL) says some of its key markets are being negatively affected by global policies. The company now expects student placements volume to decrease around 28 to 30% over FY25. IDP is also expecting FY25 adjusted ebit between 115 to 125 million ... and has mentioned an increasingly negative international student environment in the US, as well as further restriction on student immigration expected in the UK.

Meanwhile - Life360 (ASX: 360) has announced its intention to propose $250 million in convertible senior notes, due to mature in 2030. Life360 says it will use proceedings to fund the cost of entering into capped call transactions and general corporate purposes.

Telstra (ASX: TLS) has announced an extension of its coverage through a partnership with SpaceX, using the Starlink satellites of the company run by Elon Musk. Telstra's satellite service is set to service customers in regions of Australia who currently have no mobile reception.

Domino's (ASX: DMP) has appointed CEO of Asia Josh Kilimnik as interim CEO of Japan as it undertakes a search for a permanent replacement. Current chief executive Martin Steenks will assume the role of Chief operating officer with Domino's saying the leadership transition is the next phase of its turnaround of its business in Japan.

The managing director of Wesfarmers(ASX: WES)-owned Officeworks, Sarah Hunter, will step down in August after 15 years at the company. She is being replaced by John Gualtieri, the chief executive of Kmart and Target’s Australian and New Zealand operations.

And the Chief Financial Officer of Pilbara Minerals (ASX: PLS), has resigned and a search has begun for his replacement.

The Fair Work Commission has awarded a 3.5% increase to 2.6 million workers on the minimum wage.

The current account balance for the March quarter was a deficit of $14.7b
