Scalare Partners (ASX: SCP) confirms its acquisition of Tank Stream Labs, aiming to strengthen its position within the Australian startup ecosystem. CEO Carolyn Breeze says the move will allow Scalare Partners to broaden its reach, providing more touchpoints for founders and supporting startups throughout their critical growth stages. Carolyn states that the acquisition aligns with Scalare Partners’ core strategy of investing in and providing services to tech companies with global ambitions, typically supporting up to eight technology startups each year.

Brad Delamare highlights Tank Stream Labs’ twelve-year legacy, assisting thousands of Australian companies to raise billions in funding. Brad says the integration with Scalare Partners will allow Tank Stream Labs to offer not only space and resources, but also investment opportunities to the startup community, accelerating its planned expansion across major Australian cities such as Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Carolyn reveals that Scalare Partners plans to fund the acquisition through a capital raise of $3-5 million, which will also finance further investment activities.
