Australia has the largest pipeline of hydrogen projects in the world, with the government continuing to support green hydrogen projects via its Future Made in Australia program. Hazer Group (ASX: HZR) is commercialising its unique process which converts natural gas into hydrogen and high quality graphite, using iron ore as a catalyst.

The group has 70 patents worldwide in 32 jurisdictions around the world, which CEO Glen Corrie says is evidence the business is growing stronger as it moves towards commercialisation. He says it has been proven at commercial scale, and the technology de-risked.
