Navigator Global Investments (ASX: NGI) is an Australian alternative investment management company headquartered in Toowong, Brisbane. It has been publicly traded on the Australian Securities Exchange since 2006. Navigator partners with alternative investment managers globally; a recent example is its recent acquisition of a strategic minority stake in 1315 Captial which is a leading US healthcare private equity firm.

CEO Stephen Darke says the group has generated diversified returns across the portfolio and he does not see that changing, despite volatility and market drawdowns. He says it is important to be invested with Tier One managers with the ability to take risk off the table when necessary.

Darke and Navigator Global will update the market with AUM figures in April.
