Comms Group revenue set to surge with US contract

Company Interview26 Nov, 2024

Peter McGrath from Comms Group (ASX:CCG) shares that his company has secured a telecom contract with a Nasdaq-listed global tech firm. The deal is set to bring in annual revenues between $1.5 to $2 million by late 2025. This success highlights years of hard work in their global offshore business.

Peter explains that the contract involves providing call termination services in the Asia Pacific, including New Zealand. These services facilitate communication for large corporates and multinationals, serving as a crucial link to contact centres. Comms Group (ASX:CCG) has secured licenses in 10 markets, enabling collaboration with partners like Vodafone.

AI integration is seen as a significant development within the cloud-based communications industry. While it enhances customer service in contact centres, human interaction remains essential for certain communications. Comms Group aims to tap into key Asian markets, including Australia, Singapore, and China, to drive further success.
