Company Interview17 Jul, 2025

Key points:

Quarterly revenue up 14% with positive operating cash flowNew contracts with BHP (ASX:BHP) and Medibank (ASX:MPL)Expansion into New Zealand with Spark HealthStrong balance sheet supports growth and AI-led innovation

Visionflex Group announces a strong fourth quarter with revenue increasing by 14% compared to the previous year, achieving a positive operating cash flow and annual recurring revenue of $1.9 million. Joshua Mundey states the company’s technology is now deployed in around 600 aged care facilities across Australia, serving hospitals, indigenous health organisations, and notably, major clients in the resources sector such as BHP (ASX:BHP). The recent partnership with BHP covers 11 iron ore site medical centres in Western Australia, enabling 23,000 staff consultations annually to be managed virtually.

Joshua highlights that the contract with BHP, along with a federal government contract through Amplar Health—Medibank’s (ASX:MPL) health division—underpins the quarter’s results. Visionflex now delivers virtual nursing services into aged care nationally via these partnerships. The group recently expanded into New Zealand with Spark Health, leveraging its proprietary hardware and software solutions aimed at reducing hospitalisations and tackling the shortage of doctors, especially in remote locations.

A robust balance sheet strengthens Visionflex’s position, with over $1.8 million in cash and reduced debt levels. Joshua is optimistic about further scaling, pointing to a solid operating base, ongoing government contracts, and AI-powered R&D for future growth.
