Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (ASX:EOS) filed its Appendix 4C and quarterly activity report for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Unaudited revenue for the first half of 2026 was approximately $169 million, a 284% increase from the first half of 2025, with ongoing conflicts and regional tension supporting demand. Available cash at 30 June was $256 million, or $286 million of available funding including unused debt facilities. MARSS, whose acquisition completed on 21 May 2026, secured ~A$188 million of new orders during the quarter, and BAE Systems selected EOS's AI-enabled NiDAR command-and-control system as the core of its next-generation counter-drone systems.
