NRW Holdings (ASX:NWH) said its wholly owned subsidiary Golding Contractors Pty Ltd has been awarded contracts by Stockland Development Pty Limited for the delivery of civil works at the Yarrabilba and Shoreline master planned communities in Southeast Queensland. The combined value of the contracts is approximately $130 million, with Shoreline due to be completed in July 2027 and the Yarrabilba works expected to be completed by March 2028.

At Shoreline, located in Redland Bay approximately 43 kilometres southeast of Brisbane, Golding will deliver three major work packages, including the upgrade of Serpentine Creek Road with a new signalised intersection and Bebo Arch Bridge, along with subdivision and associated infrastructure works for Precincts DA7 and DA8. NRW said Shoreline is expected to accommodate more than 10,000 residents in around 3,000 dwellings when all stages are completed, along with a shopping precinct and state primary school. At Yarrabilba, approximately 4 kilometres south of Logan Village, Golding will deliver subdivision and associated infrastructure works for Precinct 6 and Precinct 8; NRW said Yarrabilba is expected to accommodate more than 45,000 residents in approximately 17,000 dwellings when all stages are completed, together with a town centre, neighbourhood hubs and 11 schools. Chief Executive Officer Jules Pemberton said the awards further strengthen Golding's long-standing relationship with Stockland, and that since commencing work at Yarrabilba in October 2017 the business has delivered more than 3,200 residential and commercial lots.
