Vista Group (ASX:VGL) International reported its half year result for the six months ending 30 June 2026, with total revenue of $86.3 million, up 12 per cent on 1H25. Recurring Revenue increased 14 per cent to $80.1 million and SaaS Revenue increased 38 per cent to $43.5 million, while Annualised Recurring Revenue rose 17 per cent to $170.1 million. EBITDA increased 24 per cent to $12.4 million, with EBITDA margin after adjusting for foreign exchange of 13.8 per cent, up 1.9 percentage points on 11.9 per cent at 1H25. Operating cash flow increased 25 per cent to $9.2 million, after adjusting for a $6.8 million favourable working capital movement in 1H25, which Vista Group said was achieved while continuing to invest for growth, including an additional $4.4 million of capitalised development and deferred implementation expenditure. The Cinema segment, which accounts for approximately 80 per cent of group revenue, delivered revenue of $69.7 million, up 15 per cent, while the Film segment delivered $16.6 million, broadly in line with 1H25.
Vista Group raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $179 million to $184 million, from an original range of $176 million to $182 million, citing first half performance combined with favourable macro conditions including foreign exchange. FY26 EBITDA margin guidance remains at 18 to 20 per cent and free cash flow is expected to be neutral in the second half. Contracted Enterprise Market Share expanded from 46 per cent to 48 per cent during the period following the return of Cinemex's 312 sites from a competing solution, with Vista Cloud agreements also secured with Cinepolis Mexico (504 sites), Cineworld UK (88 sites) and Cineplexx Europe (59 sites). At 30 June 2026, 37 per cent of sites were contracted to Operational Excellence and 44 per cent to the Vista Cloud Platform, and Vista Payments was estimated to have more than $2 million of contracted ARR across 11 clients with sites live.
